We are proud to offer the fastest shipping in the tactical industry. 95% of all orders ship within 24 hours of being placed from our Ronkonkoma, New York warehouse. That means when you order from OutdoorWearHub, your gear is picked, packed, and on its way to you in record time.
Because orders are processed immediately for fast delivery, no modifications can be made once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before submitting it—including size, color, quantity, and shipping address—to ensure everything is exactly right.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via UPS and FedEx, two of the most trusted carriers in the United States. All orders will receive a shipping notification to the email address associated with your order, complete with tracking information. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to display in the carrier’s system.

Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. This applies to standard ground shipping and is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the threshold.
For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions:
- Hazmat Items: Certain items, such as first aid kits containing flammable materials or other hazardous goods, have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped via air freight. These items must ship via ground service only.
- Export-Restricted Items: Some products are restricted for export and cannot be sold for use in certain countries outside the United States. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We recommend contacting us before placing an order to these addresses, as some items may have carrier restrictions.
